Pipeline View
The Pipeline view provides a visual Kanban-style board to see all your applications organized by status at a glance.
Understanding the Pipeline
The pipeline organizes your applications into columns based on their current status. This gives you a complete view of your entire job search:

Best Practices
Regular Status Updates
Update application statuses promptly after each interaction. This keeps your pipeline accurate and helps you track progress.
Focus on Active Stages
Pay attention to applications in Screening and Interviewing. These require the most active follow-up.
Review Weekly
Use the pipeline view for weekly reviews of your job search. Identify stalled applications that need follow-up or closure.
Clean Up Regularly
Move old applications to Rejected or Withdrawn if you have not heard back after a reasonable time. This keeps your active pipeline focused.
